Wnt Ligand Stabilizer:

           We proudly announce that we provide Wnt ligand stabilizer. the Stabilizer helps to maintain Wnt ligand activity for more than 30 hours in serum-free culture conditions.

Wnt Ligands:

          Our Wnt ligands are intact, potent, and fully functional.

          Potent: The Wnt3a has been proved three times more potent than any one else; 30 to 100 ng/mL for organoid formation;

          Intact: These Wnt ligands are purified using a Wnt ligands-binding molecule-conjugated sepharose beads and size exclusion chromatography. The affinity chromatography yields a single pool with strong Wnt activity rather than two pools;

          Fully functional: The size exclusion chromatography removes dimers and cleaved Wnt proteins. Compared to two Wnt peaks from affinity chromatography, the Wnt3a is fully functional.

Human Wnt3a:

          We express and purify human Wnt3a from a special human cell line. Our human Wnt3a is as potent as the mouse one.
